te amo.

A temblor, a rock

by which is drawn

together by the

little tree

in arms of darkness

          May darkness;

               in the blue perch of the eve,

                     to sleep in the burial

                          of the star,

A leaf falls

     pooled on its legs; ersatz silence

          in a mind with a hole in it,

which un-dreams the deep dark,

in the remembrance of dream-like

waves of the sea;

asleep, the ice-fields

of your memory

     they go into the throes

of the dark ocean floor,

     where have we left to go,

words shadow the stone

between the unspeakable.

Blood rising, the fatherland,

     it is between the lithology

          of language that had not died.

Te amo is all I can say. Te amo.

    I love how descriptive the poem is. You have really bagged imagery in poetry.
